🚫 THE BIG SIX: WHAT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE

1. Harassment or Disrespect of Any Kind

Whether it's verbal, physical, emotional, or digital—if you're making someone uncomfortable on trail, online, or in their DMs, you're out. This includes but is not limited to:

Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, ageist, or fatphobic comments
Touching without consent (we don’t care if you’re “just a hugger”)
Repeatedly making people uncomfortable after being told to stop
Creepy behavior disguised as “just joking” 😒

❗ If you make someone feel unsafe, you’ve already violated the spirit of the hash. We won’t debate it.

2. Consent Violations

Consent is not optional. Not for touching. Not for photos. Not for jokes. Not for being in someone’s personal space while they’re mid-blunt. If someone says no, acts uncomfortable, or seems unsure—back off.

3. Discrimination or Gatekeeping

We are a judgment-free zone. That means:

No trashing how people hash (walk, run, roll, dance—we don’t care)
No mocking someone’s gender, sexuality, disability, body, background, or belief system
No clique-y BS. If you’re making the hash feel like high school, you’re doing it wrong.

🍃 We don’t haze. We blaze. Keep it kind or keep it moving.

4. Bullying, Doxxing, or Group Drama Stirring

Gossiping, screenshot-sharing, or trying to "cancel" someone behind their back? Hard pass.
Creating drama that spreads beyond trail or targeting people online for P3H3-related issues? You’re already in violation.

💻 Hashing isn’t your burn book. Save the high school games for Netflix.

5. Illegal Distribution or Substance Pressure

Yes, we’re a 420/710-friendly kennel.
No, that does not mean you can:

Sell, distribute, or pressure others to partake
Break local laws, especially on public trails
Spark up in inappropriate places and ruin it for everyone else

🔥 Puffing = optional. Pressure = prohibited. Be cool or be gone.

6. Violence or Threats

No fighting. No intimidation. No jokes about hurting someone. Not physically. Not verbally. Not “ironically.”
If you even think you’re about to throw hands at a hash event, your next step should be off the property.

🥊 Our only acceptable aggression is aggressively chasing beer and snacks.

🧠 EXTRA RULES FOR CLARITY

👉 If someone brings something to Misman, we believe them.

We do not dismiss reports, especially when they’re difficult to share.
We do not put victims on trial in a circle of public opinion.
We do act swiftly and responsibly to protect our pack.

🛑 We will not let “vibes” excuse violence, hate, or harm.

⚖️ HOW WE HANDLE VIOLATIONS

First offense? You’ll be privately pulled aside and informed.
Serious or repeated offense? You’re out. From the trail, from our events, and possibly banned permanently.
No warning for severe stuff. Some things (see above) are automatic bans. Period.

We do not owe a second chance to those who cause harm.
